Background

I have been searching the internet to find the best Background Information about Darfur and the crisis which is going on now. It is very difficult to find something that is not so detailed and complex that it is overwhelming. (At least for my simple mind) So I thought for now, I think the best way to learn about what is going on in Darfur and how I became involved is to watch the CBC Documentary ‘On Our Watch’ which is available online or you can purchase it from CBC. It is an hour long show and I believe it really gives you a good understanding of what the people of Darfur are going through, how it got to this point and what actions need to be ongoing to make it stop.
